What you're agreeing to
You're 18 or older. You bought a personal-use lifetime license to the Crib-to-Bed Masterkit. Don't resell it. We provide it as-is and aren't liable beyond what you paid. Refunds within 14 nights of running the protocol — no questions. If something breaks, email us first before going nuclear.
1. Who we are
Little Systems is operated by Corporate Synergy Solutions. By using littlesystems.io, the Crib-to-Bed Masterkit, or any related service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase. The Masterkit is intended for parents and legal guardians making decisions for their own children. You are responsible for ensuring its use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. What you're buying
The Crib-to-Bed Masterkit is a one-time-purchase digital product with lifetime access. Your purchase includes:
- The Boundary Clock app (Progressive Web App — installable on any device 2018+)
- The Silent Return Method protocol
- 14-night word-for-word scripts
- The 2AM Parent SOS mode
- Gamified routine builder
- Audio coaching for parents + sleep meditations for toddlers
- Lifetime access to the above, plus every future update to the included content
The optional Ultimate Contingency Bundle (a single checkout add-on combining Sick, Travel, and Caregiver modes) and post-purchase upgrades (Founders Club, 30-Day AI Coach, VIP Sleep Vault) are sold separately as one-time purchases and have their own terms presented at checkout.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Masterkit for your own family. This means you may:
- Use the app and protocol with your children and within your household
- Share access with your spouse, partner, or caregiver in your household
- Print and use the included printables for personal use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the product
- Share your magic-link login with people outside your household
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate the app or protocol
- Use the content to build a competing product
- Claim authorship of any part of the protocol or content

We've built the protocol on published behavioral psychology and pediatric sleep research, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes for your specific child. The 14-night refund guarantee is the only outcome we contractually guarantee.

All content on this site and in the Masterkit — the protocol, the app code, the audio recordings, the written material, the visual design — is © 2026 Corporate Synergy Solutions.
Trademarks: "Little Systems," "Silent Return Method," "Crib-to-Bed Masterkit," "Boundary Clock" and related marks are trademarks of the Company. Use of these marks for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.
Brand names referenced for context (Snoo, Owlet, Lovevery, Hatch) are trademarks of their respective owners. Little Systems is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Masterkit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product
- Aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim
This clause does not limit liability for: (a) gross negligence or intentional misconduct, (b) bodily injury caused by us, or (c) liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Materially breach these terms (e.g., reselling, sharing logins commercially)
- Initiate a chargeback without first contacting hello@littlesystems.io
- Use the product fraudulently or for unlawful purposes
You may stop using the product at any time. Your lifetime-access license remains unless terminated under the conditions above.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are first addressed in good-faith negotiation via email. Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration in Seattle, Washington, except either party may pursue a claim in small-claims court if eligible.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
13. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning Little Systems.
