⚡ 14-Night Money-Back Guarantee

If it doesn't work in 14 consecutive nights, we refund every cent.

Email hello@littlesystems.io within 14 days of purchase. No questionnaire. No "did you really follow the protocol?" interrogation. Refunds process within 3 business days to your original payment method.

1. The 14-Night Guarantee

If your toddler is not sleeping in their own bed within 14 consecutive nights of running the Silent Return Method as designed, we refund the full amount you paid for the Crib-to-Bed Masterkit. The protocol takes 14 consecutive nights of consistent application — that's the window we ask you to give it. After that, if it hasn't worked, the refund is yours.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@littlesystems.io within 14 days of purchase. Include:

We respond within one business day, usually faster. Once approved, your refund processes back to the original payment method within 3 business days (often within 24 hours). Bank processing can add another 3–7 business days before the money reappears in your account.

How we verify "you ran the protocol": the app's Family Journal automatically logs the protocol steps you complete each night. We use that record so you don't have to prove anything — if the Journal shows the 14 nights, the refund processes the same day with no questionnaire and no interrogation.

If the Journal shows the protocol wasn't actually run, we'll reach out once with a short message offering to walk you through Night 1 personally. The goal is to help you get the result you paid for, not to deny your refund. If you still want the refund after that conversation, you get it — same payment method, same 3-business-day timeline. We're not going to make you fight us.

Note: requests where the Family Journal shows the protocol wasn't actually run are still eligible for refund — see the "How we verify" note in Section 2. We'll reach out once with an offer to help you start; if you still want the refund after that conversation, it processes the same way as any other refund request.

5. VIP Sleep Vault (one-time add-on)

The VIP Sleep Vault is an optional one-time add-on offered after the Masterkit purchase. It's a video library — course modules, Q&A archives, age-transition guides, advanced strategies, and seasonal content. Lifetime access, no recurring billing.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please email hello@littlesystems.io first.

We'll process the refund directly — usually within hours. Chargebacks cost the business roughly 20% in fees on top of the refund and can trigger penalties on our merchant account. A direct refund is better for everyone, and we're not going to make you fight for one.

7. Cooling-off period (EU/UK customers)

EU and UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 14-night guarantee meets and extends this requirement. To withdraw, email hello@littlesystems.io with your purchase email within 14 days. Note that by accessing the digital product (clicking the magic-link login), you waive the automatic cooling-off period under EU law — but our voluntary guarantee still applies if the protocol doesn't deliver results in 14 consecutive nights.

8. Pricing transparency

If you purchased at one price and the price later changes (whether a sale or a permanent adjustment), we don't refund the difference. The price you agreed to at checkout is the price you paid — promotional pricing isn't retroactive.

9. Edge cases

Accidental purchase

Email us within 24 hours and we'll cancel before the magic-link is used. Full refund, no questions.

Duplicate purchase

If you accidentally purchased twice, we'll refund the duplicate within one business day. Email us with both order IDs.

Lost access

If you can't access the app and we can't get it working for you within 7 days, you're entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-night window.
